I. Introduction

This notice explains which personal data we collect when you visit our website, how we use it and which rights you have. Personal data includes any information that identifies or can identify a natural person, such as a name, email address, IP address or usage information.

Data security and encryption

This website uses HTTPS. The connection between your browser and our server is encrypted.

II. Your rights

If you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

Withdrawal of consent

You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future in accordance with Article 7 GDPR.

Access, rectification, erasure and restriction

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the right to access your stored personal data and information about recipients and retention periods (Article 15 GDPR), to rectify inaccurate data (Article 16), to request erasure or restriction (Articles 17 and 18), to object to processing (Article 21), and to data portability (Article 20). Automated decision-making and profiling

We do not currently use automated decision-making or profiling.

International transfers

We do not currently intend to process personal data in third countries, except where this is expressly described below for a service.

Categories of recipients

We use processors under Article 28 GDPR, particularly for IT, tax, logistics and printing services. Public bodies may receive data where a legal obligation applies. Other recipients receive data only with your consent or another legal basis.

III. Processing on this website

III.1 General website use

We process data to present our company and services and to communicate with visitors. Where you provide personal data, we use it to answer enquiries, provide advice, administer contracts and operate the website. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual measures and, where applicable, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for our legitimate interest in operating and presenting our services. Data is erased when the purpose ends unless statutory retention duties apply.

III.2 Server logs

Our hosting provider automatically records technical information transmitted by your browser, including IP address, date and time, requested file, referrer, browser, operating system and provider. We use it to establish connections reliably and protect our systems. We do not combine it with other sources. IP addresses are anonymised and logs are generally erased after no more than seven days; security-related records may be retained until an incident is resolved. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and Section 25(2) TDDDG.

III.3 Demo form and email enquiries

When you request demo access, we process the email address you enter in order to answer your request and send the access details. If you contact us by email, we process your address and the contents of your message. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual measures and, where applicable, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. We erase the data once the request has been conclusively handled unless retention duties apply.

III.4 Cookies

This public website does not set a session cookie and does not use third-party advertising cookies. Essential storage may only be used if technically required for a service. You can control storage through your browser settings.

III.5 Microsoft Teams

We may use Microsoft Teams for webinars and video meetings. Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland, acts as a processor. Participation is voluntary. Depending on the meeting, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b), (f) or (a) GDPR. Further information is available in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

III.6 Matomo analytics

If Matomo tracking is enabled in the external tracking configuration, we use it to understand use of the website and improve our offering. The configuration is intended to work without cookies and with anonymised IP addresses. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in improving the website. If the configured implementation requires consent, it will only run after consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG.

III.7 Friendly Captcha

We use Friendly Captcha to protect the demo form from automated abuse. Technical connection and challenge data may be transmitted to Friendly Captcha GmbH, Am Anger 3–5, 82237 Wörthsee, Germany. The widget is configured to use the EU endpoint. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and Section 25(2) TDDDG; our legitimate interest is the security and availability of the form. Further information is available in the Friendly Captcha privacy information.
